Our academic vp has received a bill from "THE UNITED BLACK JOURNAL." It may be
for an advertisement.  He wants more info on the journal.  Can anyone help?
There is no entry in OCLC - I used keyword search in case this was a subtitle,
but to no avail.  There's no listing in Ulrich's.
The ad was in the "1994 special edition."
