Our vendor for the title, _Courtauld Institute illustration archives.
Archive 1, Cathedrals & monastic buildings in the British Isles_ has
reported that this title has ceased. The last volume we have in hand
is part 11, published in 1984.  This volume, however, indicates a
publication plan of 12 parts. Does anyone have part 12, called
Tewkesbury, in their collection (or was it truly never published?)
