Journal Use on Separate Database

The Ruth Lilly Medical Library automated a journal cost-use study for $6,500
and recouped the expense with the first report that identified low-use titles
in relation to their cost.
This is described in "Bottoming Out the Bottomless Pit with the Journal Usage/
Cost Relational Index" by Carole Francq in Technical Services Quarterly,
Vol. 11(4) 1994 pages 13-26.
