Mitch et al.--

CONSER shares your concern re: the impediments to "enhancing"
CONSER records. In fact, we have a Task Force which is currently
investigating maintenance of CONSER records by non-CONSER
members.  One possible outcome of this effort might be the
broadening of CONSER Affiliate Membership sufficiently to
enable and encourage these kinds of contributions.
