We at William Paterson College use EBSCO and are very happy
with their service. We have approximately 2,000 subscriptions that
we get through them. In my opinion, it is very cost effective
to use a subscription service.  You have only one major bill to pay
each year. If you have a problem with delivery, they intercede for you.
They give you a variety of reports tailored to your needs.  They charge us
5% service charge which is more than paid for in the saved staff time..
I highly recommend EBSCO since they are very customer oriented.
