Hello Everyone, Thank you to all who responded to my questions about how your
library handles corporate annual reports.  I have the following brief report:
There were 15 respondents who answered the questions below.

#1  Do you catalog your annual reports?
        Yes = 53%     No = 46%

#2  Are they included in your Serials Holdings List?
        Yes =  6%     No = 46%     Not specified = 46%

#3  Are they included in your OPAC by individual title?
        Yes = 40%     No = 13%     Not specified = 46%

#4  Are they included in your OPAC with a blanket statement?
        Yes =  0%     No = 13%     Not specified = 846

A few of the respondents offered suggestions for alternatives to the print
version, specifically mentioning the CD-ROM product Compact Disclosure.
One respondent offered that a Notebook database was developed to create a
local finding list.  Many of the respondents were kind enough to explain
in some detail their procedures and rationale.  All of the suggestions were
good ideas and will be quite helpful as we make our decisions here at UHD.
