I must concur with Susan re. the level of quality service we
have traditionally received from FAXON - albeit via their
'southern' (ie Australian!) reps!
Our situation is somewhat different here, as FAXON have been
bought out by EBSCO Australia - for us, this means that virtually
all our serial eggs will be in the one basket for US titles.
Whilst this is in no way a reflection on the quality of EBSCO Australia's
service, it is a concern that we will have 99% US titles with the one
supplier! (at least for the first 12 months of the new operation!)
Am I overreacting? Is it really a cause for concern? I'd be interested
in other's opinions ...
