      A recently drafted module for the _CONSER Cataloging Manual_ is now
      available for FTP access on the Library of Congress FTP site.  *Module
      32, Microform serials*, draft copy, may be retrieved from the FTP site
      using the instructions below.

          1)  FTP to rs7.loc.gov
          2)  Follow the directory path:  pub/collections.services
          3)  Send the binary command for transfering non-ASCII files. (This
              is a WordPerfect 5.1 document)
          4)  Get the file:  concatman.microforms.wp51
          5)  Logout from the rs7
