I'm writing a paper on access and ownership of serials for a serial class.
I'm interested in how your libraries decide when to subscribe and when to
depend on access to articles to meet user needs.  To what extend have you
expanded ILL to include use of document delivery services.  How do you
deal with copyright issues..  Thanks in advance for any input on the
implications of the trend toward dependence on access.

I am checking with my instructor tonight to be sure he doesn't mind my
using the list in researching for my paper.
