WE have had that system here at Northwest for 11 years.  WE just keep
the current issue in the hanging files, but they are very durable
and I believe I have only replaced 1 in the 11 years.  The labels
are very easy to change and no has ever had a problem finding their
paper.  We have been very pleased with the system.
