We have a new subscription to Disclosure (annual and 10K reports on
microfiche).  Shipments arrive as a variable number of individual
fiche, one or more fiche for each of the various companies covered
in that shipment.  There is no predictable number of fiche per
shipment, and some shipments consist of large numbers of fiche.

Has anyone developed a logical way of checking these items in,
without having to record each individual company by name.  We can
obviously just use a generic check-in statement, listing the number
of individual fiche included in a shipment.  But I am concerned
about our ability to determine, on a company by company basis,
whether or not we ever received something.  I am also concerned
that, from the perspective of any future audit of our receiving
system, we might not be able to prove that we actually received the
things we are paying for.
