      The Univ. of MO-Columbia is looking at possibly changing
our company that binds for us.  Does anyone send their binding to
Houchen in Utica,Nebraska?  Please contact me direct.

      1.  Do you use the automated system?  How simple is it to
teach a student worker?
      2.  How is the error rate?  Satisfaction with the quality?
      3.  What is your turn-around time?
      4.  What problems(if any) do you have with their
service(product)?
