We have a Student Branch Library Package Subscription to all IEEE publications,
and receive them all on microfiche.

For months, we have been having problems with missed issues and have had
enormous problems with claims.

Is anyone else having this problem?

IEEE told me they experienced production problems because of a move to new
facilities, because of new equipment, and new staff.  Four months later,
however, these fulfillment problems persist.

I welcome any suggestions of who to contact at IEEE to resolve this situation.
