We're open to the $.02 from any library willing to say:  Here are
the data elements (e.g. RUSH, FUND ACCOUNT) that I want my book
or serial vendors to READ and RESPOND TO on every purchase order
I send.  AND, of course, the responses of book wholesalers and
subscription agents to those data elements.

Anything we receive before June 23 can serve as input to the day.
I hope that, by the end of that day, we will have a set of data
elements that both purchasers and suppliers will agree to use; it
might happen for serials even sooner if the communication takes
place on the net!
