Hello,

Does anyone out there manage the phone book collection for their
library?  We receive all of our phone books in paper form but are
currently considering other options.  Has anyone had any experience
with phone books on microfiche or cd-rom?  I would welcome any
suggestions as to what you think is the best form - pros and cons of
each.  And what company provides you with your service?  Please
respond to me directly.   Any thoughts or suggestions will be greatly
appreciated!!!
