At Tulane we are interested in pursuing the idea of contracting out
online conversion of retrospective serials holdings.  Has anyone done
this?  If so, which vendor did you use?  What process did the vendor use
and how was the data loaded onto your local system?  If you did this work
in-house, what staffing arrangement was employed?  Have you ever tried to
load serials holdings onto your local system from any outside source,
such as union lists or earlier local systems?  Thanks in advance for
