We keep only the current week of newspapers in the open shelves and store the
rest (past 3 months or when the film/fiche arrive) in a closet accessible
through the Serials Office or from the Circulation Desk (when the Serials
Office is closed).

Also, we are dropping the film subscription to one of our local
newspaper since we are getting a CDROM full text subscription and keep the
paper copies until the CDROM coverage picks up.
