The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Headquarters Library
Acquisitions Department is searching for minority/small business owned Book
and Serial Jobbers.

We are specifically interested in:  capabilities of online ordering; how
quickly turn around time is from the time purchase orders are received to
the time the books are shipped out.  How much service charges are/ if there
is any discount given or discount given for bulk orders.

We also would like to know if we can send purchase orders to a new vendor
if we do not have an account set up yet.  Most vendors will accept purchase
orders and set up an account afterwards.

I would like to have input from other libraries of what jobbers you use and
if there are small/minority owned jobbers out there?
