I need advice on assigning LC call number to foreign newspapers.
There is the AN section in LC schedule for newspapers but it
has not been developed.  If you assign call numbers to newspapers,
how do you do it?

*** The LC schedule which I am using was published by Gale and
covers additions and changes through 1992.
