I'm not getting the multiple invoices you describe, but as a rule
Bowker/Reed is awful to deal with, whether it's tech support, billing,
network licenses, you name it.  I think this is well known, I've
read it on the net before.   Helen Witsenhausen, Info Ctr, John Wiley.
