        I'm new to this list so forgive me if this has already been covered.  I
am looking for a serials management system to computerize check-in, renewals,
claims, routing, etc.  It must run on an IBM compatible system and be
reasonably priced as we will migrate to NOTIS in about 3 years.  If you have a
