Subject: Periodical Distribution Options

How does a publisher from the U.K. go about finding a distributor in the
U.S.? One of our faculty members is friendly with staff at the Imperial
War Museum. The museum, "Britain's museum of twentieth century conflict,"
publishes The Imperial War Museum review. Apparently the museum staff have
no idea on how to distribute their journal. From the t.p. verso:

Published by the Trustees of the Imperial War Museum, 1990. General
editor: Suzanne Bardgett; Historical editor: Peter Simkins. Designed by
Grundy & Northedge Designers; Distributed by Octopus Distribution; Printed
by Black Bear Press Ltd. <Copyright> Trustees of the Imperial War Museum
and the authors.
British Library CIP includes an ISBN, but no ISSN.

Any ideas?

(Ironically, there are subscription ads in the back of the journal to 3
other publications, one from the U.S. Maybe they need to reciprocate!)
