COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT LIBRARIAN.  Direct policies and programs, oversee
the preparation and currency of collection policy statements, manage
collection analysis & selection/deselection activities, evaluate
electronic access and delivery of information resources, serve as liaison
to academic departments, and assist with reference and instructional
services.  ALA-accredited MLS and minimum of 2 years of library experience
