I am interested in hearing from American East Bindery and Southeast
Library Bindery customers about the overall quality of the services
provided by these companies.  I am particularly interested in hear-
ing if/how American East's services have changed as a result of the
tornado that destroyed their plant several months ago.  I will be
glad to share any comments I receive with other NC librarians who
might be interested.  Thanks in advance for your help!
