We currently subscribe to a UMI full text image product. We are in the
process of adding information about the individual titles included in
the service to our OPAC.

One of the issues that has come up is the question of if we should add our
holdings symbol to OCLC and Union list these titles. Have any other
libraries dealt with this issue? If you decided to union list and you
already owned the title, did you add a copy 2 to the UL?

If you have added these titles to your catalog, what are some of the
other issues you had to address? I expect we will use the Conser records
in OCLC and add a local note designating that it is an electronic
facsimile.
