Our current binder is no longer on state contract and we now have the choice of
either American Binders or Southeastern.  We would be interested in hearing
from other libraries, particularly those who have a binding budget of $40,000
or more, about their experiences with either of these binders.  Specifically,
we would like to hear about quality, the regularity of pickup/delivery.
