A one-day Seminar for librarians, publishers, subscription agents and

radical shifts of practice and policy affecting

The seminar is aimed at all members of the publishing and library
professions needing an awareness of current developments, as well as
authors and users of serials.
Part of the afternoon will be devoted to a panel discussion when the

use.
