The VLA Paraprofessional Forum will present its Second Annual
Paraprofessional Conference on May 23-24, 1994 at the University of Richmond,
Richmond, Virginia.  Next year's conference theme will be:

     CHALLENGES OF THE FUTURE:
          Vision
          Leadership
          Advancement
          Professionalism
          Foresight

     A program to enhance the professional development of paraprofessionals
     and to provide workshops, presentations, roundtables, panels and
