To any and all subscribers of Code One (OCLC # 24396692)

I was recently given this title (July 93 issue) to catalog for our
collection at Texas A&M.  When searching OCLC, I could only find copy
for a serial with the subtitle "a product support publication of
General Dynamics Fort Worth Division".  My piece in hand has the
subtitle "a publication of Lockheed Fort Worth Company".  I called
the editorial offices of the publication, and found out from a very
nice man named Eric Hehs that Lockheed bought out the General Dynamics
Fort Worth Division in Feb., 1993, and that the April, 1993 issue of
Code One was the first issue with Lockheed on it instead of General
Dynamics.  This serial does not warrant corporate body main entry,
so no new record is involved, but I wasn't sure if there could
perhaps be two Code one serials published in Fort Worth (I'm sure
stranger things have happened).  I am posting this to SERIALST because
Mr. Hehs wanted to know if he was going to start getting calls from
librarians all over the country, and I told him I didn't think so,
but I would post this message on a serials listserv and perhaps
prevent some phonecalls.
