Absolut-ly. We have had to bind some titles with notes on the
spine indicating missing pages - if we could not purchase a
replacement copy.

At some point in the past few years, the Absolut ad was a sealed
vinyl pouch with, I think, sparkly bits of plastic confetti
floating inside. (A Christmas ad, perhaps?) A decision was made
to remove the ad from the magazine _before_ it was placed on
the shelf, rather than run the risk of the pouch being punctured
and ruining the entire issue.

They are creative, but...
