We would like to hear from other libraries which have experience with
acquiring subscriptions or standing orders using faculty grant funds
(non-library funds).  What problems did you encounter?  Are there
particular procedures which proved to be more effective than others for
fund control?  Did you establish a new fund code specific to each grant?
At the time of ordering, did you transfer single year or multiple year
subscription costs from the grant?  If multiple year, how did you adjust
for price increases which occurred later?  We use INNOVACQ, so procedures
specific to this system would also be welcome.
