Our retrocon project has brought up all sorts of interesting problems.
We receive the (quoting the title page): Annual//report of officers//fire
district no. 2//town of south hadley//massachusetts//July 1 ... through
June 30... .  Between the lines beginning "fire" and "town" is a circular
seal with the words "+ fire district no. 2. + south hadley, mass." around the
words "organized April 26 1909".

Fire district no. 2 covers the area referred to in LC NAF as "South Hadley
Mass.)" and part of "South Hadley (Mass : Town). It also includes all of
"Granby (Mass : Town), a separately incorporated municipality.
QUESTION: What is the preferred main entry for this statistical report?
