The Catalog Management Discussion Group will discuss two topics and
elect a new vice-chair/chair elect at the annual meeting in New Orleans.

Discussion: Managing Holdings Information in the Online Catalog
        How is holdings information maintained in your online catalog?
Let's discuss division of responsibilities, workflow, standards, training
and other issues related to holdings maintenance.
        Who has begun to implement the MARC Format for Holdings Data?
What are the issues that face us as we move toward applying national
standards for holdings information.

Election of Vice-Chair/Chair Elect

Discussion: Managing Local Conditions in the Online Catalog
        This broad topic will provide a forum to share experiences about
"unique" conditions facing us in management of our local catalogs. Here is
an opportunity to seek advice about a particular problem you are facing
or to exchange tips on catalog management techniques devised locally
which may have useful applications elsewhere.
