At the Univ. of Arizona when I was there about 10 years ago, we bound the
revised issue in a pam binder and marked the call number LC#---no. 24. rev.
I don't remember that we made any indication on the original no. 24 that it was
revised, but now that I think of it, couldn't some message be typed and
"tipped in" at the point of the cover page of the original piece -- a message
such as "this number has been revised and is bound separately".  The revised
piece, bound in its pam binder was shelved after the the original bound volume
and before the next bound volume.
