please contact either faxon or ebsco at your local area for consulting
online serials database connection.  We are customer of EBSCO's for over
ten years and connected ebsconet for over 5 years.  even though, we are located
thousand miles away from states, and that didn't affect us.  we feel very
close to our agency.
we submitted about 30-40 new titles to ebsco each month, before sending
on-line orders to ebsco, we have to checked every detailed bibliographic
data of new titles, prices, publisher address, etc.

we feel no difference from any libraries in u.s. by connecting ebsconet.
