On reading the message on the defective issue for April 1993 (v.37, no.2)
I checked my copy.   It is perfectly OK.   pp. 121-122 are the T of C with
Editorial Board, addresses, etc. on verso, while pp. 123-126 are ads.  The
first article begins on p. 127.     Pp. 236-244 are Book reviews, followed
by a single page of ads, with Letters beginning on p.246 and continuing
through p. 248, the final page in this issue.   All the pages in my copy
run consecutively with none missing.
