BIB records for series:

Copy holdings is "d" to generate the "classed separately" message
in opac, and 2X.  We also use a coded note "cr" to explode into an opac
message "Currently received."

We may use catalog status "c"--not cataloged for dummy records for
memberships and other standing order plans.  We also use 2X for these.

However, a word of caution, a Z prevents editing of the MHLD should
you want to do that.
