Subject: Serials Processing by Serials Agencies

Our experience at Yale Divinity Library is that a few small foreign vendors
perform these services very well, but most vendors don't.  Our worst
experience is with a very large domestic vendor which can not or will not do
the required ordering, reshipping & claiming.  The small specialist appears
to be more effective than the large bureaucracy.
