The Oregon State Library is considering stand alone serial control systems and
would like comments/critiques of the following:

             EC Electronic Serials Control
             INLEX Serials Control Module
             Professional Software Serials Control System.

Or, if you know of other inexpensive stand alone systems--we are particularly
interested in routing, fund accounting, and label printing features.
