Judy, I think you need to be more specific with what advice it is you're
looking for.  What do you do now, how are you organized, what level
staff do you have, how many staff, etc?  There are always steps you can
take to do things smarter and more efficiently, it would help to know
where you really stand now, what problems, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
you have or foresee.  Otherwise, I just don't see how we can offer
you good advice.
