Technical Services Work Flow

HELP! We are in the process of implementing the NOTIS system in our library.
We've been asked to review the work flow of Technical Services to see if
like procedures could be combined for smoother operation and less duplication
within departments. Our library holdings number over 300,000 volumes, 2,700+
serial subscriptions, and we are a regional government depository. Student
population is approximately 10,000. Please reply directly to me or to the
