Does anyone else subscribe to this Russian newspaper through Faxon?
It is my understanding that they have decided not to use Victor Kamkin anymore.
For some reason, the switch to another fulfillment agent has created a gap in
the receipt of this title at our library.  Has anyone else experienced this
problem - how are you dealing with it?
