To Kathie and Richard, I'm glad to hear that Kathie does things very similar
to what Northwest MO state Univ. does with our periodicals.  Vickey Baumli
is our periodicals coordinator and she generally makes the decision whether
to "strip" or not, depending on use and cost, too.
