This is a request for information from libraries who are creating local data
records on the Union List Subsystem of OCLC and who have local databases.  How
do you maintain the information that an LDR has been created for a title
without creating a paper file, without researching the union list, or without
using a shelflist?  Are you placing a note in the online bibliographic record,
the checkin record, or somewhere else?  How, where and other specifics would be
appreciated.
