Subject: Union Listing

        Hi everyone!  I am new to my job and need some advice about
union listing on OCLC.
        Do you union list all types of serials or just newspapers and
periodicals?  Also, when cataloging serials, do you put local
holdings or retention policies anywhere on the MARC record?
