SERIALST: United States Book Exchange has approximately 40 feet of the
periodical Soviet Inventions Illustrated which has been declared surplus. Is
there a library that would like to receive it for the cost of postage and
packing? The periodical seems to run from the early 1970s to the mid-1980s.
U S B E cannot guarantee completeness but it appears that a majority of the
published issues for the time frame are present. March 5, 1993
