We just received a memo from Faxon today stating that "Wiley must charge sales
tax on these (i.e. subscriptions we have of Wiley titles through Faxon)
subscriptions".  Then we were asked to provide out tax-exempt number "to
prevent any additional billing."  Faxon asked that we treat this as "urgent".

Does anyone have any information about what is going on here?
