Subject: New Yorker Index Alert

The latest issue of the New Yorker, the Eustace Tilley anniversary issue,
has a big pull-out 1992 index!  That Tina Brown!  Fetch it and bind it with
your 1992 issues before it's too late.  The index is paged separately,
BUT when you pull-it out it leaves a curious gap in the pagination of the
entire issue (from p. 80-105).  Why-not tip-in a note explaining where you
put the index pages?
