I am on the Library and Information Science committee of the Sheridan Park
Association.  Sheridan Park is a small research park located outside of
Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  We have been publishing a Union List of our serials
for many years now and are considering moving it back in-house due to the
trouble we are having with our current producer.

Has anyone created a union list with commercially available software?
How difficult was it?
Has anyone created inhouse software to do this job?
Does anyone know of a person or company who specializes in producing union
lists?

Any and all information would be helpful at this point.
