I just finished searching the serialst archives for information on
purchasing back issues of journals.  While there was information on
disposing of unwanted issues, there was almost nothing about purchasing
back issues.  I have the membership information for USBE, but before I
plunk down cold, hard cash, I would like to know how successful you have
been using USBE, periodical jobbers, EBSCO's copy bank, etc.  What has
proven to be the most useful?  What tips can you pass on about obtaining
back issues?  I am certain some sources are better for some things than
others.
